Ghoti
I would recomend VIP Window Tint in Ferntree Gully.
They did my Prado (another story) last month.
Did an excellent job while I waited on a Saturday morning.
Brett has been doing window tint for a long time & this is reflected in his work.
He is also a keen 4x4 person albeit a Prado.
If you mention you come off one of the forums he may do it for trade price which was certainly a pleasant surprise.
You can mention David from Pradopoint referrred you.
They have their own website.
Cheers

Useful recommendation there chuck, I need to get the wife's XR5 tinted before the summer & we're in FTG quite frequently so that could be a goer

FWIW, I had my previous D3 windows tinted with 3M CS35 non-metallic (carbon) tint, which comes with a lifetime warranty not to fade/discolour. No issues with the radio reception. I'll be getting my D4 tinted soon - after 35 to 37c in Kakadu and Sydney not getting much of a summer last year - tinting does make a difference!

I was advised by Land Rover to get a carbon based tint as the window seal that Land Rover use are a lot harder than what is used on other vehicles and that metallic tints will eventually show signs of wear. By the way, as far as I am aware, metallic tint only effects AM reception.
I had a carbon based tint applied (Johnson & Johnson I think) by Alterpac, it is not too dark and seems to work quite well.
