It is a little precious of the particular organisation. An organisation that resorts to threats rather than responding to the particular issue is foolish in this day and age of online forums.
If they wish to take issue they should do it openly.

oh I agree and they said they would do all of that but never did, all talk, no action.
all I can say is choose wisely when you are looking at insurance products!!

If you are going to get an ed of warranty inspection, make sure they check every piece of the car. I'd let them have it for a few days, it makes them happier when you do, and that way you can get what you done with as little hassle as possible, if you report something and they don't fix it, be sure to take it up with the service manager immediately, heel be likely to fix the issue and maybe chuck in some sort of freebie.

I think that would also apply to their threat of legal action. If they went ahead they would inflict a lot of damage on themselves and none on you or AULRO.
