I agree. I think Ford was nuts not getting a diesel plant into the Territory yonks ago. I drove a Territory from Brisban to Longreach and back in a week and reckoned it was a great car for Australia, too thirsty though. It's still a good car, but too late...

I have had the 2.7 and 3 litre, and there is no comparison. 3 litre gives 500NM of 600NM total torque in half a second from planting the right foot. Excellent response and the 2.7 isn't even close to this in terms of responsiveness and driveability.
