G'day Julian, I have the Warrior winch on the ARB bar. We never did organize that catch up did we!

Mate, if the indicators are overloading the bar I'd be concerned they wired it wrong.

Dads. D3 ARB bar had no problems and was installed by a corporate ARB store in 2008

When my ARB bar was fitted by Ritters, they installed relays between the ARB globes and the D3 indicators. LED bulbs might also fix the problem.

That's very interesting Owl, good to know.

Had a great day on some back roads through state forest and cooloola national park and Noosa North shore. The HEMA maps on n the IPad were awesome never leading us astray on a bunch of rarely used forestry tracks some nice driving with a few nice washouts a little mud and sandy patches.

Tyres down to 20 PSI on the soft stuff, sand TR and DSC off and never looked close to needing winch, snatch straps or maxtraxx. Llams was awesome in this stuff.

Fowing was exceptional on the beach for the family while doing a bit of fishing and cold drinks from the Busman fridge.

Aired up again in a jiffy with the ARB compressor plugged into the rear Anderson plug from the Traxide kit.

Was even glad of the ARB bar when a couple of Roos hopped in front of me on the way home from dinner at the Boreen point pub, fortunately no contact, but nice to know its there.

Just love my rig now:D:D:D

After some radical playing on some rocky tracks and only just managing to avoid ripping the sidesteps off, I have definitely decided to add them to the list but will have to wait till the finances have recovered a bit. Also don't like the look of the GOE ones but have been advised that the others touch the chassis rails and make for a rough ride so not sure which ones to get.

I have these fitted to my D4 and love them - they have also coped a hiding and keep coming back for more!! :D

Have also used the Hi-Lift on them several times...

They look good do they touch the chassis rails at all? And did you have them shipped or is there and Australian distributor?

Maybe the GOE ones are alright, but the pictures on the website aren't very good, does anyone with GOE sliders and stand off bars have a good picture they can post?
