Thread: different side mirrors nearly took out car next 2 me

    Before you actually fit one of those mirrors,try to tape or tie one on temporarily as i don't find them much use.(but that could be just me)
    Reversing camera's are very cheap these days and would be much better,i would think.The latest Hiace vans don't have the mirror anymore,they have a camera fitted.

    It must be the luddite coming out of me, anyway the camera wouldn't look right on 'HECter', it was built about 1955.

    In that case Arthur, you'd be best off with a full four man film crew with an 8mm camera, and a gramophone playing in the background

    i thought of that but the part on the rear of the vehicle is that small,you would hardly notice it,the screen inside could be on a length of cable so it could be hidden out of site when not being used
