The badges I ordered from the UK finally turned up yesterday. ?10 on ebay, instead of $86.90 from the local dealer. Mirror covers finally got hit with the spray gun. The result...

Definitely prefer them to the old black D3 mirrors.

And just to prove I'm probably worse than you think, I've actually done the sums on doing the whole conversion from D3 to D4, including engine replacement to a 3.0

Cheaper than buying one. :D

Would I do it? Hmmmm :angel:

When I saw your car in the driveway I thought it was a D4. I fitted the shocks the other day. They work a treat. :D

It certainly looks a lot better now than when I got it! :D

Good to hear the shocks were good, the rears that I fitted to mine were sound.
