Do you mean an ignition-activated power point (there is no accessory position as such)?

What sort of power-draw are you talking about?

    Cheers,

Yeah that's right I'm looking at wiring up a small dual battery monitor not sure of the draw but can't imagine it would be much. Any ideas?

Hmm - that's a fairly open-ended question. What sort of monitor, what inputs does it require and where will it sit?

I'll be offline for the next few hours, but Drivesafe or Graeme (he's got dual voltage monitors fitted, I believe) may help sooner. The more info you can provide, the better the response!

    Cheers,

    Gordon

This is the wiring diagram I'm looking at sitting it just left of the main instrument panel there is a little spot it will fit with out having to drill any holes anywhere and by the looks I can tuck the wires behind a panel

Ah ok, so you want an ignition feed in the cabin, not near the batteries and fuse box!

The D4 isn't the same as my Sport cabin-wise, so not sure if the cables would be similar. I take most ignition feeds from one of the 12V sockets, but that's not usually for accessories on the dash. The internal fusebox (on the passenger side behind the lower glovebox) will have a point you can feed from, but you'll have to run the cable across to the driver's side.

Maybe someone more familiar with the D4's cabin wiring can help?

    Cheers,

    Gordon
