    Quick fix,
    Buy length of trailer lead.
Buy 1 x socket of type you want.
Buy 1 x plug for vehicle.
Buy 2 x bulb sockets & 2 x bulbs. (these can be a combinted fitting which can easily be strapped to the a-frame when in use.

I just assembled on piece of wood and plug in to vehicle.
I also have various sockets for the different trailers I pull along behind.

Makes it easy to borrow etc....

    Hi Guys,

Unfortunately in my MY10 D4 I can neither turn the volume down on the beeper nor turn it off.

I'll look at Repco and Supercheap etc, to see if there is an inexpensive option...might be worth investing in, as I assume LEDs will become more prevalent.

All else fails I'll live with it for this trip and as has been pointed out, I'm unlikely to be in reverse very often.

So here's a question, you turn DSC off in the sand....wouldn't the Trailer Stability Function in a D4 trigger in sand, creating a braking effect? Not that it will be an issue for me, as it won't be working anyway...LOL!!!

    Cheers,

    Kev.

For a D4 all you need is one of these wired in parallel to one of the indicator circuits, ie wired from the bulb positive to earth. Does not matter which circuit you choose, left or right. Cost about $10 - $12.

Prorgramatically, the TSA is an extension of the DSC module. When you switch "off" the DSC, there is not enough sensitivity in the system to trigger TSA. So you're all good
