I'm sorry Gary - I should have pointed out that the photo was taken with my fridge in "access mode" so the wheels aren't readily obvious.... :D

Gee wiz Gary, I obviously spend too much time on the LR3 site!

Drive them both and see what you like.
They're both based on the same chassis (the RRS is 6" shorter) but the main difference is the Disco has a massive trunk or can carry 7 people in comfort.

this is a massive trunk--

:angel::whistling:
After having driven both and owned two discos they are kinda chalk and cheese in my opinion. If you want a great looking, sporty handling landrover go the sport, if you want practicality and huge space and want to go 4wding every weekend, and you'll probably want to do what the rest of us have done and add the mods then the Disco is a no brainer, for all the reasons already mentioned.
My perfect scenario, the D 4 I have now and a brand new RR sport with 20" rims
Parked alongside it. Go the Monday night Lotto!! :D
The new RRS looks the bees knees...the old one looked bloated and lardy next to a d4 (my personal opinion of course):D
Cheers
The selection of wheels on the new one seems to make the difference between it looking the ducks nuts, and looking dowdy. I've seen a couple that look really terrible, but then the ones with stonking great wheels look great.
That said, I still think the New FF Range Rover looks like what the new RR Sport should have been - now that is a good looking car!
