Not quite correct. ATO does allow it to be quoted this way for online retailers if they have international sales, provided though that it clearly states that the amount quoted does not included gst near to the price for Australian purchasers.Quote:

I would question the legality of this though:

says something about their ethics if they don't have a licence, what I expect from a Chinese supplier.
The way the pricing is sown is misleading and/or deceptive though, I would think. ACCC may have different opinion to ATO?
