Sniegy, have you ever seen a Scotia Grey / Almond combo? If so, how'd it look?
My wife reckons they might be a strange mix but I reckon it'd look alright.

Haven't seen one yet as we have only ordered one so far & thats the one you viewed.
I personally would think it would be nice, but hey i like things a little different.
Because the colour transfers between sort of 2 colours, In sun it has a tendency to have Green/Silver paint the Almond interior would be good. (Earthy)
In the dark it has a Grey paint & again the Almond interior i have seen plenty of vehicles with this combo & again a big hit..
When you are in the vehicle you want to see the colour you have chosen, you can't really see too much of the paint work. (Maybe the bonnet :D)
You're the one paying for it...YOU have to be happy. Who cares what other people say :p

I agree with Sniegy 100%, but my view comes from years of hard 4WDing and sitting at a camp site watching others pull their interior carpets apart to wash them, because they have had accidental stains from very stubborn mud on light coloured interiors. You are the only one who will decide where you will take this car 4WDing, we won't.Quote:

Land Rover interiors tend to be pretty robust and having had both, I tend to think there's not much difference between the light and dark interiors in terms of wear and tear.
The D4 is the first Disco I have had without a light interior, mainly because I wanted a change. I like the black, but I think it shows up the dirt more than the light interior. It marks just as easily too, but the marks are white instead of black. Also don't find it doesn't make much of a difference in the heat - the air-con deals with that. Ultimately they've both been just fine.
I think the best wearing interior they have done was the Tundra in the D2 and D3.
So, just get the interior you like and don't worry about it. ;)
