Have finished the wiring on the compressor, ended up going very simple in it.
Safari snorkel was done a couple of weekends ago, always a nervous time when cutting into nice clean panels.
Also have installed a Labtronx aerial mount.

Show us the pics ! Nice job on the compressor :)
My gme radio is here. Hope the pic works
Well it's been a year since I posted here last, pretty slack I reckon.
Here's an updated photo:

I've installed:
AULRO sticker
Genuine LR mudflaps all round
New rotors and pads all round
BMW X5 17" rims
Bridgestone D697s in 245/70R17LT
OL D4 winch bar
Fyrlyt 5ks
Aftermarket roof tracks
Rhino Vortex rails
Traxide DBS
Traxide extra earth plate
Optima D34
Labtronix Aerial bracket
Uniden UH8080
LLAMS
D4 Hitch and US sourced Aluminium stinger
US sourced greaseless tow ball
Looking good Will, those BMW rims do look good, very similar to the D4 18s.
4 roof bars, first time I've seen 4, what's going on top!
Hi Baz, no particular plan for the roof at this stage. I used 4 as I'm slightly OCD and the spacing has to be perfect (it is to the mm both length and width lol). This spacing of 510mm centre to centre gives me 1.6m spread over the 4 bars, and plenty of overhang capacity too.
The bars are rated to 100kg per pair, I'm aware of load rating on the roof, dynamic vs static etc. too. At this stage there will be a couple of Black Wolf Turbo 240 tents going on them in November for 4 days in the high country. Blue Rag, Wonnangatta etc.
Looking good Will...
Great setup Will. Some inspiration there. What is the Traxide extra earth plate? I too have one of Tim's DBS kits but haven't come across an earth plate.
Scott
The plate is a big slab of laser cut stainless steel that screws over the existing earth points in front of the battery, and adds a large gauge extra earth point. Best seen here:

I drilled another hole exactly squarely placed in the bottom right hand corner, and added another stainless bolt, for a spare point
