recommend wheel balancing - sunshine coast?
I have 5 continental cross contact tyres 255 55 R18 and am about to have them fitted and balanced and a wheel alignment done.
The car is as smooth as silk at all speeds on the now 'wearing' Kumoh Road Ventures (undersized at 255 50 R18). I want to make sure its better not worse when the tyres are fitted.
Can anyone recommend a Tyre fitter on the Sunshine coast?.
I have had problems with wheel balancing with other vehicles in the past and recognise there are good and less skilled in this trade as with any other trades.
Much appreciate - any recommendations
Steve

Don't think balancing is hard.
Alignment is the tricky bit.
Dealer at Sunshine Coast had 2 goes at mine - close but still not 100%
Interestingly, the aligner is over the road at their Kia franchise.

Depending on where I am I get mine done at BJ's Noosa (Graeme Greenwood) or in Redcliffe I use MR Auto's guy at Tyrepower just down the road from them, MR will lock height prior to wheel align and release after if you are getting that done as well.
I don't know who British Offroad at Forest Glen use, but ask Paxton.
