    Well, it's a done deal!

Car was excellent and the dealer was great! The only faults I could find was that the centre console button was broken (dealer is replacing) and I wanted a gearbox service (which they are getting done).

Interior and exterior is immaculate. Full LR log books with receipts for much of the work. Just had control arms done. Airbags look good. EPB works with no noises. Was able to raise vehicle, lower all the way and raise again with no issues. Engaged all special programs and low range and drove forwards and back with no issues. Could hear low range disengage (with the window down). Drives great and gearbox is smooth. Brakes straight and true. Ride is very nice and has surprising get up and go. Did some rolling hard accelerations and the gearbox didn't miss a beat. A/C works good. Way too cold, had to turn it up.

Gearbox service getting done tomorrow and I pick her up Saturday morning. Photos will have to wait till then!

    Happy, happy, happy!

    Regards
    Scott

    Good one Scott !

What is the cause of this - mine has started doing it.
I'd be looking firstly at the ARB Bushes and drop links.

Nice, from car sales? Sounds well looked after.

I just picked up a FFRR with the same km. You would never know it's done that many km. Great condition inside & out, fantastic to drive.

I had the hydraulic bushes on the lower control arms replaced and the creaking started after that.

Arb bushes = sway bar d rubbers. That's a likely place to look for creaks.

Picked up the car today! Loving it!

Everything is so nice and just as I expected it would be. Now I need to find some tracks!

    Regards
    Scott
