x2 what Crimdog said. We were on the beach recently and needed to winch a friend out and luckily another truck turned with one. My wife did then say 'why don't we have a winch?' to which I replied I didn't want to spend 000s modifying the front end as I like the clean look it has.
This looks awesome though!
I have a long boring couple of flights coming up, so will write a step by step guide. Sorry no pictures, just how I remember it.

The job looks good.
I am trying to fit similar to a D4 and have come up with parts by Terra Firma combined with a Warn 9500XP . Could you tell me if you considered this and if not who you went with.
Where did you mount the winch controller plug in.
Also I am trying to put bash plates on , do you know if the fitting of the winch mount plate interferes with the bash plate mounting ?
