They sound like standard stick on alloy wheel weights, some alloys do not have the lip for the old type weights to clip to.
The stick on ones are quite often placed both close behind the wheel spokes and another row out as wide as they can be to balance the tyre correctly.
BTW I prefer the stick on ones - they do not get ripped off or move when 4wding.

My brand new D4 2015 has a drive-line vibration between 60 and 85km/h
Wheels balanced, swapped with another car, no change. Ideas anyone please?
2003 D2a Auto TD5 good Landy gone
2015 D4 probably the most amazing yet, why get a RR?
Surely the best idea would be to take it back to a Land Rover dealer & have it sorted out under warranty.

My 07 D3 has had a persistent "rumble/resonating type noice for about 3 years now. Comes in around 60 to 65 while you have a sligt amount of throttle on, back off throttle and it goes.
Its not a vibration that I can tell.
Had it to the dealers when it was still on lease, they could not even hear it yet I could easily. MR also could not notice it.
I have heard same noise in a new VW Toureg as well.
