    New D4 vibration

My brand new 2015 D4 has a vibration between 60 and 85 kph. Wheel balance?
Would any dealer do this under warranty?

2015 D4 probably the most amazing yet, why get a RR?

I had a vibration like that recently --> large screw hanging out of my tyre and a slow leak. More likely to be fallen off balance weight.

Call them, can't hurt, but likely to be quicker to take it to a tyre place.

Had zero weights on the wheels, don't want to pay a tyre place!

Apart from say tyre pressure, windshield clean and fuel, I reckon a MY15 should go back to the dealer for everything no matter how trivial.

Now have noticed more wear on the outside of the kerbside tyre at 600 kms.
    Has the tyre been swapped?

Sounds more like an alignment issue.
I would take it back, although not really a warranty issue it will need to go to a dealer to get put into"tight tolerance"mode on the suspension before it can be wheel aligned.
I would have thought they would want to look after you seeing you just spent upwards of $80grand with them.
If the tyre is showing wear badly and they wont renew it put that wheel to the spare.Once tyres start wearing irregularly they generally continue to do so even if the issue is fixed.
Let us know what they say.

If you can notice after 600k's,something is not right,i would go back to dealer ASAP.

Most tyre guys have no idea what they are doing with a D3/4.

My tyres have 40K on them and i can notice very slight inside wear, which is probably normal for a vehicle with Independent suspension.

As far as i know it has never had a wheel alignment since new.

Wouldn't you say it was a warranty issue?

Yes,100%,particularly with only 600k on it.

LR are generally very good with this type of thing, in my experience.

Sure you could have hit something hard to upset something but i am guessing there would be other signs such as tyre or rim damage, for example.

I would be very surprised if they don't just sort it,you won't have an issue.
