I thought I had a problem with my Traxide system, but I was wrong.
Tim offered to have me return my unit, but told me where to check on my install, and yes my install had a faulty connection.
Fixed now, all good.

I know quality when I see it.
Had a SC80 in the D2.
On the 18th, called and spoke with Tim and ordered a D4-5S.
I've been known to procrastinate, I think
