Have a look at the specs,may fit but don't know about legalities,etc.
Minimum rim size 7.5".
A tyre shop may know more.

You can fit 265/70R17 on an OEM 7" rim but not the 265/65R17 profile tyre. I picked up some 17" x 7.5" BMW X5 wheels on eBay, which sound like they're ok for either size of those tyres.
If you look at how cheap the Bridgestone D697 is for a 265/65R17, it makes the cost of the X5 wheels more than pay for themselves. They're currently listed for $239 on the Jax website.
Or stick with the OEM rims and run the 245/70/17....
I won't be going oversize.
The 697's have always been a cheap tyre compared with US tyres.
