Gerald just got some feedback and he reckons the only issues are minor. Rubbing at entry height, a bit on RH turn in and normal height with no problems at full off-road height nor with LLAMS at +30

Thanks for following that up. The rubbing at right hand turn is that on the outside edge of the tyre at the mud flats and inside edge at the plastic bumper?
More than 90% of the time you are in normal height, I guess this is where the rubbing counts, and with situations like sticky mud, it matters where and how much!
OK in off-road height.
I must admit, if BFG do not get their act together it may have to be D697's, 265/60's. Others are also expressing their frustration.
My other option is to work with a guy who imports any QTY of tyres out of the US by the container load.

I enquires with BFG early March. I received a response stating 265/65R18 would be available June 2015, but still no more info.
Sent them another reminder this afternoon. Hopefully pressure from a number of directions helps.
