Bloody beautiful job well done looks great!!!Quote:
Here we are. Pictures of how I installed my Fyrlyt Nemesis 9000. Total cost was about a dozen beers less that $1000. The lights are cheaper retail than advertised at the Fyrlyt webpage.
The key to my installation is this bracket which I drilled so that I could mount the two transformers and the relays as compactly as possible. These are available at hardware shops. The dimensions are on the label.

Here are the transformers and the little supports for the two relays all bolted to the bracket.

This shows the bracket, the transformers and the relays secured to the left side of the engine bay in front of the battery box. [The SC80 is part of my rear Andersen plug, rear 2nd battery setup as per Traxide and is nothing to do with the Nemesis.]

Now, looking from the right to show the relays and the wiring. I have used heavier wiring than the 6mm recommended for some of the connections. I know it looks like spaghetti, but the wiring diagram is easy to follow and it is made to look complex because there is two of everything. A completely separate circuit for each light.

A view from the front again with the battery box lid off to reveal the two 40amp inline fuses.

This is my light switch cluster. The driving light switch has been reused from my old spotties. (It is quite a nice switch and it looks like it is OEM)

This is to show that I followed the instructions and have used a torque wrench to set the clamp at the correct tension. It is actually much tighter than an Allen Key could achieve.

Final install completed.

I hope this is of some use to anyone looking to install these fantastic lights in a Discovery. The idea may help others too.
