Redline ATF suitable for ZF 6 speed
I was browsing through Google looking for a near source of Castrol Transmax Z
for my D2 when I came across this.
Red Line Synthetic Oil - Automatic Transmission Fluids - D6 ATF
It would appear to be OK for ZF 6 speed and Redline has a great reputation and it seems to be cheaper than Lifeguard and others at $88 for 1 US gallon plus freight on Ebay at GL lubricants.
I will probably give it a go if I cannot find a good source of Transmax Z without driving 100Km.

Ring Redline in Perth and ask, and you can always drop Dave at Redline in the US an email and ask too.
There's a number of oils suitable, and ZF periodically release an updated list of approved fluids.
Pretty sure Penrite have one that's approved too.
