Doing a full flush i would use a different easier to find coolant, no point sticking to OEM.
I went to a couple of caltex servos nearby but they only had the green E/G based coolant so i will use nulon or penrite.

When i done the timing belt , because you loose a fair amount of coolant i just emptied as much as i could and filled up with penrite coolant.

got a part number for this magic penrite goop?
ok I will ask simpler questions.
I assume coolant comes as either a premix or it is added as a ratio to and I'm assuming distelled water, not tap water? If tap water is fine then that is great. One less hassle.
So what is the capacity of the cooling system so I know how much of this goop I need to buy?
Can anybody tell me which coolant I need to buy, not just a brand which does not help with my decision making.
thanks
A red or orange oat coolant, capacity would be 10-12ltrs approximately at s guestamation.
This is the stuff I used

And FWIW the original LR OAT was/is? Texaco/Chevron/Caltex ELC, which is also GM DEXCOOL, available from any Holden dealer and almost identical to CAT ELC, which is the Chevron ELC stuff with a couple of supplementary additives.
