Fuel economy from 2nd hand motor

When I got mine serviced the other week they gave me a near new D4 as a loan car,as I drove off I thought this feels real nippy compared to mine.
At the end of the day I had trained the gearbox to drive like mine,when I handed it back I told them it drives like an old mans car now:D:D:D

The vehicles use a different brand of ECM so different software and would be expected to have different performance tunes even if they had the same brand of ECM.
