Oh I see... shame the cheap offerings sink low enough that you need an insurance company to fight for your rights! Bastards!
When my XR6 got shunted I had to claim third party through NRMA, and could get it assessed and theoretically repaired by one of NRMA's repairers a month sooner than the assessor could get to Corbans... I should have waited... the repair blew out three weeks and I took it back three times until I was (still not happy). It should have been written off, but NRMA repaired it cheap (I still think it was bent post repair).
I'd be looking for an LR approved repairer before using one of NRMA's... they do it on the cheap IMO. You need someone that looks after the customer rather than the insurer.
