The responses are talking about replacing the wiper blades - however I think you are talking about removing the wiper arm not the blades (wiper arms do not need removing to replace the plates).Quote:

Removing wiper arms you needs the tool like the one from SCA that Scott is talking about, otherwise you cant pull it off square and you will damage the spline. Bit of a tight spot to lever up from underneath and you cant lever off the winsdcreen or the plastic shroud.Quote:

Good news is the motor turns the bolt and so it is the arm. New arm arrives from JLR Friday.
