Discovery 4 rear number plate holder?

Hey Muskie!
that looks fantastic!
cant even see the mounting screws (and love the look of the facelift models)

I ended up making my own plate mounts out of some 5mm aluminum plates,

Initially using brass nuts and bolts to mount the rego plates, but ended deciding they made the plates stick out too far, (even when cut and filed down) , i got access to a nutsert kit from my mates work and punched them into my home made rego plate mounts. Now I have my rego plates securely mounted on with 5mm metric stainless screws.

heres basically what Ive done, (front and rear)

(note old plate with the original mounting holes through them)

I then bought a pair of ALTREX plate covers from supercheap and the end product looks not bad i recon :)

well at least better than what I did with my trusty old D2 (aka by tec screwing straight into the plastic bumper lol)

Muskie, off topic but what sliders do you have on your car?

they look like a fatter tube and close to the car, looks the goods!

Another vote for Lakin plates here. Have them on my Golf and my 911, and they are a perfect fit. Was only just looking at Phil's site on Friday to order a set for when my RRS arrives.

hi they're the Genuine tubes and are dented and damaged underneath.....pretty thin really....but look good
