Help!!
I have upgraded all interiors successfully EXCEPT for front door puddle lights. Tried the 180 deg. trick. tried the close door reset trick even lashed out for CANbus compatible from Jaycar and still no joy.
Any thoughts from yjr brains trust would be appreciated.

just replaced all mine and almost going to say i've got the same troubles, but have noticed the following;

aside from remembering which way the bulb is supposed to go and testing with ECU reseting i found my front puddles worked but not my passenger ones. I've now realised that the interior lights on/off (camping mode) makes a difference. Camping mode on, only my front puddles work. Camping mode off, all puddles work.

bloody bright too, so almost make puddles pretty redundant now.

Thanks for the info guys BUT I must be crazy but all puddle lights now work BUT the drivers door. What am I doing wrong, or is this car just too smart for its own good?

I had weird behaviour with the puddle lights too, it's what first made me think I had dodgey globes. I don't have a good fix, closing and opening the doors seemed to work for me to reset them.

Problem solved.
Beware of faulty contacts. The small wire contacts on the T10s sometimes do not make contact. Teasing them out before installation ensures a good contact and now in my case, 4 decent puddle lights. Thanks to everyones input.

Probably wouldn't hurt to spray some contact cleaner in the sockets too.
