More info Rich.
Where do you buy it and the cost.
I would be interested in applying something like that before an extended trip where I couldnt care for Snow Whites complexion.
Looks like its easily removed after.

You could Plastidip the car in clear, although I have no idea how many cans it would take, and the cans are $30 each. I have a can of clear, which I am going to do my motorbike with just to make it matte and protect the paint at the same time.

Mine is Indus silver and the white of scratches in the clear coat is noticeable at some angles. As with the other lighter colours after a bit of polish they disappear for the most part. What remains are the scratches on the A and B pillars in the black plastic.

Yes, I can attest to Paint Shield at Rich's recommendation. About $109 per 4lt can. The supplier is based just north of Sydney. Use less than 1lt for one thick coat rolled on the bonnet and sides. Second coat for the mirrors to give it better tensile strength for ease of removal. Provides good protection when driving down overgrown tracks. My disco is black and therefore the film doesn't dry out evenly as does on Rich's car. Also, looks like the Milky Way galaxy when it gets wet/damp but dries clear. However, I don't care how it looks as I am only after the protection. I only apply it prior to a trip and remove it thereafter.
