Sorry to see that Mike. Looks like an easy mistake to make and a lesson for us all as to how easily things can go wrong. Glad no-one was hurt - if you're going to have an accident a D3/4 is a pretty good thing to do it in.

Good luck with finding a D4. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. I found going from a D3 to a D4 a quantum leap in many ways, which I didn't expect.

    Cheers,
    Jon

How do you feel about taking my car for a drive??? It's well insured

Just kidding. I'll sort it out.

Good luck with the hunt. I never had the joy of the hunt with our first of the breed, as the wife climbed out of her mini into the first D4 she'd ever seen close up and drove about 400m before saying she loved it and was buying it!

Ah know all too well how this feels. At least you owned the D3 for longer than a week. Glad we ended up with a D4 now though!

You move fast Mike. Can you transfer any of the accessories from the D3? Not sure if that's cost effective.

Come on Mike, you've had nearly 9 and a half hours! Surely you must have managed a decent photo in that time!

Pics not possible today, left dealer at 4:30pm, got home at 6:10pm. Too dark. Sydney traffic covered a whole 34km in that time.
Not that I cared cos it was soooo noice😄😄😄.
There will be be pics in the show us sticky either tomorrow or Thursday. Can't wait to take it for a shake down drive on the weekend. Off-road will have to wait though.
    Cheers
    Mike
