I was at Trivett Parramatta the other week and I even helped the sales person fix his computer. Quoted me still an average price of 87k with several options for TDV6 SE , with 7 seats , tech pack, rear climate control and xenon lights.

Said it was a steal but who believes the sales person.

Greg Hannaford is the sales manager there so getting to deal with him would be lucky. I didn't get that luck.

I'm going to give concord and Purnell Landrover a go.

I went out to Trivett yesterday, and was helped by one of the lady salespeople. Quite a pleasant experience. Unfortunately the only one they had available was a bit over-specced for me. It has rear air and cold climate packs, which I don't need. So the price is a few $K more than the budget.

I forgot to ask for Greg Hannaford :blush: Early-onset Alzheimers methinks :D

They have a fair amount of cars on the yard. What price and model did they quote to for if you don't mind me asking? It would appear the staff are doing ok and less inclined to deal due to the great sales for discovery sport.

Titanix it was an SDV6 SE. Was after E-Diff, but this one has a lot more options than I want or need. I'm after new, not a demo or used, going to do a novated lease.

Shame they arent doing the 1% finance deals.I priced a novated lease thru work when I got mine,it didnt come close to the land rover 1%.They must really slug you on the interest side.

A 1% finance deal would be perfect. Almost like free money.

Hugh, I'm looking at novating the car as well. Keep us posted on what deal you make as I am actively searching this month.

Aiming for a SVD6 SE with e diffs as well and tech pack. All the dealers generally don't order their cars with the rear locker.

Popping into Concord landrover and Purnell this week.

When we ordered ours 5 weeks ago, we could only get what was pre ordered by dealers, so we had to choose from that, and there was only a half a dozen cars that had E-diffs in them.

Keep in mind that Purnell are in the middle of renovating their premises after taking on Jaguar and booting Volvo. Don't be put off by that, I'm sure the boys will be keen to do business as I can't imagine that the walk in business has been all that great.

Guess what!!.. we bit the bullet today and signed on the line for a SDV6 SE for 92k.

comes with rear diff locker, tech pack, metallic pain grey, tow hitch, matts , corporate plan , window tints and extended warranty. Not sure how this rates as a deal but i'm hoping it was a good deal.

My misses went to Purnell LR as my proxy and she did the sweet talking whilst I said no deal on the phone to her.

Their finance is 3.9% if anyone is curious. I didn't need it.
