I am running 265/70 R17 tyres from when I got my 2005 D3. No problems with clearance.
I have subsequently had the King Springs 50mm lift and would never go back.
Best Wishes,

I wasn't aware D3 came with coils I thought they were all airbags.
That explains the absolutely ridiculous looking D3 I saw this afternoon on Port Hacking Rd. Woman driving with kids in car, the D3 was dropped on its arse, I thought maybe had extra extra low access height but couldn't understand why it looked so bouncy, it looked like a pogo stick when she turned the cnr. (I think her husband works at Phat Pizza)
Must of had some heavy duty springs as it was exaggeratedly low, I was dumb founded and couldn't understand how anyone could drive like that and couldn't comprehend WHY?
