Yeah offset shouldn't be a problem, nor the 19" spare (that's the standard scenario with the 20" wheel option) and 275/45/20 is, as you say, near as dammit in size to the 255/55/19.
BUT (and I might beat Tombie to the punch here) as LandyAndy says, the RRS wheels are load rated at 860kg whereas Discovery wheels are load rated at 930 kg, meaning RRS wheels aren't legal on a Disco.
Having unwittingly bought a car with Chinese knock-offs, just peer inside if you can and see if they're even genuine Italian made Land Rover product.
Either way, a/ the dealer surely can't sell you an unroadworthy car, and b/ if you like 20s just not those ones, you'll pick up a set second hand this evening if you want them.
