You may have the same problem that I did. The loom from the connector in the LH wheel arch to the 2 sockets was missing completely. Check that you have power to any of the pins in the black and white sockets. Could be the same problem. Maybe it was a Monday when both our cars were made. :p Fixed under warranty.
