D4 on sand with trailer
Hi guys, I've got a 2011 2.7 D4 and am planning on doing a little bit of beach work with my new pod trailer - it is a basic trailer, 200kg, and won't have much stuff in it.
I've done a bit of beach work before in the D4. Whenever I have got into trouble, I've just let the tyres down to 20-22lbs and it has pulled itself through.
I was wondering how they go with a small trailer on sand? Any extra advice? Any issues?
Cheers
Lucas

DSC off EVERY TIME you restart..
Tyres on trailer down as well as the D4.
Low Range unless hard packed

x2 what Tombie says , would also be a plus if the distance between tyres on the trailer match that of the D4
