This morning I noticed that with my new tyres the roof rack clipped (only just) the height chains when entering an underground car park which I enter every day, I have never hit it before with either my 18" or 20" wheels on.
No I don't think so Scott, more a warranty thing, as it will be the shop supplying the warranty, not B.F.Goodrich, in my opinion not a big deal, most tyre warranties aren't worth the paper they are printed on anyway.Quote:

i spoke to Jax at the time of getting the quotes but when I questioned him on the price difference he just said it's all about the quantity they sell, he just can't get those prices.
If it was $20 I wouldn't have minded but for $70 extra per corner that's hard to justify.

His come from BFG Aus,he actually ordered another 4 from them while i was there.
Apparently BFG have a special on some sizes at the moment.
The stock can't be that old as they haven't been available in Aus for very long....
The prices on this size have definitely dropped over the last few months,the 17's i had before are only slightly more than what i paid 5yrs ago.
