Intrusive hum on the highway but I can live with it.. it’s reduced somewhat as the square corners on the tread blocks bed in.

Seriously couldn’t go past them, at $220 each delivered Monsta Tyres 265/60 18 114TXL Terrain Gripper AT
Yes the price is very nice, $195 fitted for my ATs and I just bought 4 in case I didn't like them. If they work well on wet roads I'll buy a fifth. I thought about the MTs for the higher load rating but decided the noise would annoy me.

No I haven’t. I did consider them though.

It was bucketing down coming home tonight with lots of water on the road and not a hint of aquaplaning , pretty happy with them so far.

We've finally had some decent rain and the resultant wet roads and I can confirm that the wet weather performance is much better than the Nitto Terra Grapplers I had on previously.

One particular roundabout (off camber) that the Nittos would always understeer on no matter how slow I went in produced no understeer with the Monstas. Corners which I would approach with trepidation previously are now driven through with no hint of slippage. There is more noise but it is acceptable.

    285 60 18 anyone?

I've got my D3 now looking for tyres, I'd love to give the Monster AT's a go and I found them in 285 60 r18, very nice size but does anyone know about potential rubbing issues? It'd be great to fit them at $205 each.

Bought a set of Falken Wildpeak ATW3 for $205 a Tyre plus you get a $100 e-gift card by redemption.

265/60R18 and are a really good fit, nice aggressive look and very good on the wet roads so far.

No scrubbing anywhere, even at full lock on access height (fitted to a 12 D4).

We found these guys on the Falken website as a supplier and we weren't disappointed, excellent service and pricing was spot on!
