I would be checking bearings and brakes and if it only happens when cornering then a possible split CV boot letting crud into the CV.
hi all, there is a grinding noise when i turn right under load.Does this sound like a bearing failing.cheers

hi.i jacked up the wheel and there is no movement ,the pads have lots of meat on them, maybe the cv joint, thanks for the suggestion.

i have checked the cv joints and the wheel bearing,my thoughts are that a brake caliper pistion was sticking causing the brake to apply intermittently when under load,ie,turning and braking while turning right.

Had a similar issue on a D2 a few months back. Only turning right, worse under power from take off. Thought it was cv/bearing right front wheel due to turning symptom. Turned out to be right rear disc binding- the slide pins were stuck with old grease, so the pads weren't releasing properly. New discs and a caliper service/grease and all was right in the world.

Check between the backing plate and disc rotor for gravel / rock etc
Forgot to mention: after a reasonable drive, I placed a hand on each wheel/rim. The wheel in question felt hotter to touch. (Might help narrow it down..)
