Thinking about the price I believe the extra is because they are supplying a full replacement rather than just the globes. As the guy in the video said their replacement also covers the whole card area instead of part.
Just my 2 cents worth.
Bottom line is if you're happy that's all that matters.

I just "upgraded" my cheap LEDs to these slightly more expensive LEDs
10pcs T10 Wedge Samsung High Power 1W LED Light Bulbs Xenon White 192 168 194 | eBay
So far sooooooo much better. Much more natural white light (not blue) and a smidge brighter than the old LED.
I will report back if i notice any flicker.
I've done a full LED upgrade inside, and the reverse and Fog Lights...
On several D4s and RRS...
Had a few flickering ones... Just turfed them and fitted another...
I think all up excluding the fancy "D4 outline" puddle lights, I'm in for $60
