The diagram shows wiring sizes. Are these the actual wire cross section 5mm square or just general wire size you see on the roll?

Hi Laurie, all wire sizes are Xmm AUTO.

4mm AUTO = 1.9mm2

5mm AUTO = 2.8mm2

how/ where do you tap into the high beam circuit? where is the factor high beam relay?
where is the fuse for the front lights?
and is there a separate fuse for the high beam relay?

I tapped into it at the headlight, putting the relay nearby. Given the battery is nearby as well, it all remained local. The only remote thing to run was the switch into the cabin

In my case I cut the wire, added some glue impregnated heat shrink, soldered it back up and sealed it watertight. I didn’t want to use tape or a connector.
