Leather polish/conditoner?

Alas, you get wot ya pays fur, usually! - Bowdens or the big M. In my limited experience.

We have the full leather interior and the dash top is definitely leather along with the armrest pads and the pads on top of the doors. Per other comment the instrument binnacle is not and should be easy to spot the difference in look, touch and feel.

So can beeswax in its natural state be used? By that I mean as used by bee keepers and not incorporated in a cleaning product.

Sorry , will probably offend someone but would only ever use good quality leather cleaners and conditioners in a car. Beeswax may be fine on my hiking boots, Snowseal, but not where I sit. Too many residuals which tend to get in the way and become problems in their own right over time in my experience.

This thread has prompted me to put in a request for some Bowdens products from Santa... The D4 is the 3rd vehicle I've owned with a leather interior, but it will be the first to receive any leather treatment - I hope at 135K it's not too late!

The Bowden's store their car collection across the creek from me. I am not a V8 fan but my mate is. When I complain to him about the cars revving he say the V8 sound should be music to my ears! Among Bowden's stable of cars are ones once owned by Dick Johnson and the like. The Bowdens went into car care products in 2002.

Have no idea, but the gut feeling is.... "Not a Good Idea", - for reasons later expressed. (Spare tyre is still...substantial,, wherefore I do not argue with it !)

Usually an ingredient / component of the manufactured product.

How well the various ingredients work together is more important than the mere 'halo' effect of a Magic substance.

My 1cent's worth

(no longer own a leather'd seated automobile... therefore above advice is less credible and thus is worth less...)
