Time to sort it out. Pairs with Phone but drops out every minute or so. Doesn’t connect phone book.

My new or replacement 2009 D3 SE has phone and voice and TV. A spare Bluetooth adapter was in the glove box. ( should have given me a hint of prior issues perhaps)

Phone was connected and everything working. Ok voice control was not keen on my accent and often gives very amusing results. Phone Call Wife might get a delete note pad or something very unexpected

Bluetooth connection from the car side disappeared. Checked with a few other devices.

Anyone know where the blue tooth connection bit which is about the size of a box of matches. It has a mini usb connection on the back and plug for connection but connection to where is my problem. I have had a quick look at Bluetooth Exchange

Which might be the place for me to start looking. Pretty sure mine is factory issue not after market.

Bluetooth part in glove box is "Bluetooth obdii device model 1a cvp wa dated Nov 2013"

My bad. it is not the bluetooth phone connection!

    a bit like this

Land Rover Bluetooth OBD2 OBDII OBD-2 Scanner Interface Torque Android | eBay

or as covered here I think Link

My phone can connect to it but it is not the cars bluetooth connection.
