I've been using the 19" Cooper Zeon LTZ's since I bought my D4 (about 5 years now, had roughly 2 sets over about 120k kms). Been to the tip of Cape York, Fraser Island, driven from Qld to WA (moved), plus trips to Karijini, Exmouth etc... mostly bitumen, some dirt, sand etc. 1 flat tyre in all that time!
I think they're pretty good - and I'm sure others will disagree (there are many threads on tyres in here!)...
IMHO - 19" tyres obviously aren't ideal for offroading - so tyre pressure and placement (where you point them) are crucial!!
My 2c - the Coopers are worth the money, and I'll keep using them. [thumbsupbig]
