    reading between the lines I would think that included supply and fitting of brackets ...........Just in case he doesn't grace you with an answer, still exxy though

    Added $30 for me by making my own bracket (ignoring the cost of my welder and time).

    Yes it included the cost of the stainless bracket (about $350) and a new wiring harness. The harness supplied with the lights apparently too lightweight.
