-20 is invoked by the EAS automatically above 160km/h (I think; something like that) so manually invoking it at 110km/h should have no impact on tyre wear.

Gap Diagnostic IID Tool Questions
I have the same situation with my wife who has trouble getting into and out of the car. I have the bluetooth version of the Gapiid tool and use it at least twice for each trip we make of which there is at least one per week sometimes 4 or 5. I agree that the LLAMS is a quick system but I can change the setting down to bump stops with a few taps on the phone : launch the app on my phone, select the car in the app, select height control, confirm, select bump stops and confirm. 6 taps all up which takes a few seconds. I could make this process quicker by using another option but haven't got around to it. This option allows you to set up 3 settings eg, access less 20, normal plus 20 to overcome the 50 kph off road limit etc. The number of taps is reduced if this is done. I was going to buy a LLAMS kit but the added functionality of the GAP tool pushed me that way. I've been very happy with my choice but yes the LLAMS would be quicker and from what I have read on the forum is an excellent system.
