The suspension will be dropped to the bump-stops if the vehicle can't be raised to normal height quickly enough but 15 seconds indicates something else wrong such as a totally blocked dryer causing the motor to draw excessive current. If the pipes at the rear are disconnected then the pump should run for longer than 15 seconds if the dryer is not blocked.
Found it 60 amp relay had a 50 amp relay that had burnt out
Suspect dryer as stated above.
Lots of wrong rated fuses from previous owner
So is the suspension up now?
Nope even hard reset keeps the red suspension warning light on. Will replace fuses and reset again tomorrow
