Reasons are, the unit is higher rather than longer, has a low current draw and is equipped with a high quality compressor. Let me know if you would like further details.

    Hi Brenden

Do you use one of these? How long have you had it for?

    Hi Tombie,

A mate and I bought one each last Thursday and took them both away for 3 nights. Very impressed so far but this is my first fridge so I'm just happy not to worrying about ice!

So just too sum up then, a 75 litre should fit without a cargo barrier, but could be problematic if I have one?

With something like the Travall barrier, (Travall® Guard for Land Rover Discovery 3/4 (2004-2016) ) which is a lighter construction but doesn’t encroach as much into the load area as others, I think the 75l would fit.

FYI Shack, the cargo barrier I have, and was measuring from is an original Land Rover full size one, which i think were Milford branded.

How much bigger length wise is a 75 compared to 50 ? I have heaps of room between fridge and CB with my 50ltr waeco.

I don't know but we looked at a 75 and it's considerably larger than our cf50

    CFX50 and 65 have the same footprint 725 x 455

    Height of 50 is 471
    Height of 65 is 561

    CFX75 dimensions are 887w x 495d x 472h

So 75 is 162mm wider (or longer depending on how you look at it) than 50/65...

and the 95 at 957mm wide (/long) is another 70mm.. and a little bit deeper again at 530mm
