I am in Lysterfield South about 40 min. from Port Melbourne on 1 acre, if you come by M1.

I agree, that is amazing help and one of the great things about this forum!

Im just driving to PHILLIP island at the moment where I’ll be for the next two days before heading to port melb, i just wanted to jump on and say thanks quickly but I’ll check the map once I’ve set up camp and see what works best

    Thanks again!

If you're coming back up from Phillip Island, Dalil's offer at Lysterfield South is not far out of your way.

Yep I’ve just sent him a PM as that is a great option.

We we are heading to the great ocean road after arriving back in Melbourne so we may still seek out a suitable location closer to the dock just because we have a 7 month baby with us so if there is a way to avoid the extra 80 minutes of driving to pick up the van it will be worth it.

Thanks all all for the help, I’ll post back here if I find something suitable others can use

If you're happy with street parking, you could leave it outside our place which is only a couple of miles from the ferry terminal. Our neighbours security camera overlooks the spot I have in mind. I would have offered earlier but I'll be away during this time but I can have three overlooking neighbours keep an eye on it for you and my son visits daily.

I agree with an earlier comment that it is not wise to leave it in the street in Port Melbourne. It will either be broken into or covered in graffiti after a few days IMO.

Also happy to help. 10 acres in Pearcedale (on way back from the Island). Best part of an hour to Port Melbourne however.

    Cheers,
    Cam
