Roof rail holes.

Actually I finished fitting the rack today and first job was to go up the tip and get rid of all the cardboard packaging...
As we didn't do over 80 being law abiding citizens we heard some wind noise but nothing excessive. The real test will come tomorrow on the freeway and later with a load on.
I have heard that the noise from racks flogged by OL can be horrid but have no personal experience of that.
We had a Rhino tray and roof bars on our 3 Defenders and a Prado and didn't get much noise from memory, nothing really excessive anyway.

Just a word about the quality of the Rhino platform I've just fitted. In a word "EXCELLENT". Yes "Made in China" is on the box but their quality control is obviously top notch and everything fitted as per the easy to read instructions.
Good price as well so we're very happy with it.

I find mine awfully noisy but I’m used to it now.

It's not bad at all Chris. At a 100 kay it's quite acceptable and I don't usually, especially if in convoy with the "tea and scones" club, go that fast.... :) Cross winds make it worse and we've had a fair bit of windy stuff lately.
