What's your goal or purpose for the bar? Those nudge bars offer virtually zero protection from impacts so I'm guessing it's for mounting lights and/or antenna?
There are other options for both lights and antenna if that's all you're needing.

My ECB Nudge Bar is now fitted, and I'm very happy with it.
No, it will not save me if I hit a Rhino at 100kph, but I'm not planning to!!!

That bar needs a rear set of spotlights!

5 deg Hyperspots are a pretty tight beam... decent throw though.. ~500mtrs
If you get them lined exactly to compliment the high beam they may blend well, as they put out the same luminous output as a headlight bulb.
Fitting the lights and Anderson plugs was easy. The bloody wiring for the relay is a PITA!
I think I've found a trigger wire for the high beam circuit from one of the 40A fusible links in the fuse box.
I'm going to try my soldering skills with a spare one and see if I can solder a wire to the connection inside the fusible link - I really don't want to hunt down a wire in the back of the headlights and tap into it if I can avoid it.
I'll see how I go - my soldering skills are pretty basic!!!!!
I simply used the high beam signal into one of the headlights, cut the wire, inserted a piece of amalgamating (glued) heat shrink, inserted the relay trigger wire, soldered it all back together and it was done. By using the sealed/glued heatshrink I was happy the integrity of the wire was maintained.
Gents I would be looking at options to mount either spotties or a small light bar along with a UHF antenna. Looking more towards the brackets that mount onto the radiator mounts or a cheaper option is the number plate mounts but still not sure.
Just an observation (and purely my opinion) ..............
When I bought my D2, it had a very nice solid looking, polished alloy nudge bar on it. It looked great, and suited the vehicle.
Problem was that where I live, as well as frequent encounters with wildlife to contend with, I needed a decent set of driving lights on the front of the vehicle - something with a bit of range and good coverage. I had a set of Hella Predators in the shed from a previous vehicle, so mounted these on the nudge bar.
I very quickly got sick of the lights "flickering" and jumping up and down, particularly on corrugated roads. Nothing I did could stiffen up the nudge bar / lighting mounts, so the nudge par was eventually removed and sold to a forum member in Perth, and a proper bullbar was fitted.
When I bought the D4, I didn't waste any time or thought on what to put on the front of it, and ordered an ARB steel winch bar. I have never fitted a winch, but the winch bar option was only a couple of hundred dollars more expensive than the non-winch version, and I now have the capacity to mount a winch if ever I need one. A couple of decent driving lights (Fyrlyt Nemesis) plus two way radio and long range telephone aerials are mounted on the bar - and it protects the front of the vehicle well. In my opinion, it also suits and enhances the appearance of the vehicle.
So for me - sorry - but a nudge bar is a complete waste of time and money. If all you want is something to hang a couple of lightweight driving lights or an LED bar on, there are various mounting brackets available (or it is quite simple to make them yourself if you have the tooling etc) that protrude through the bottom of the grille. If you want to hang serious lighting on the front of your vehicle, and / or if you want frontal protection against animal strike (or dumb pedestrians in the city) - get a decent bull bar. [wink11]
